Creating an account + logging in

When you first open Scenario, you’ll be viewing anonymously, with no account. To access your own workspace and set up a subscription to use more features, you’ll need to create an account.

1. Click the “account” button in the top toolbar

2. If you see the “Log into your Scenario account” prompt, click Create a new account

   1. If you already have an account, enter your email and continue to step 4

   

3. Enter your information and click Create account

   

4. Click the link in the email you receive to log in with your new account!

Managing your account

Once logged in, click the account button (now with your initials) in one of two places:

• For Free Demo users: the same place in the top toolbar of the Demo Diagram editor

• For subscribed users: top left corner of the Projects view

  

This allows you to:

• Change your name
• Change your phone number
• Change your email address → this will require confirming your new address, and logging back in
• Allow other users to add me to their Projects → determines whether your account can be connected to other Projects, and found by other users who already have your name, email, or phone number
• Manage subscription → opens your subscription management page, depending on your device and how you’ve subscribed
